Wedding Backdrop Ideas

I know you might be excited for your upcoming wedding. But due to hundreds of things to think about even a mere backdrop might drive you crazy. So, I compiled these pictures for you to ponder upon.

Draped Curtain with Flowers & Greenery

Now, this suits a rustic or floral theme and is great for an outdoor wedding. You can light the candles in the evening for a romantic look.

Painted Canvas

This ceremony backdrop was a true labor of love: The bride's father built the frame and her mother hand-painted the hanging canvas (the copy reads and repeats "Found me somebody to love).

Wooden Pallet

You can put together some pallets or pieces of wood then put some varnish to finish off in a rustic style. Simple yet elegant.

Oversized Book

Wow, I just saw this today. If I could've seen this a year ago, I would definitely try this on my wedding. This backdrop also doubles as a story board for the couple's love story and a seating chart.

Written Vows

Who said you can't hang your wedding vows for everyone to read? You can also write both your favorite bible verses in it.

Lots of Candles

The trick is to distribute all the candles in different heights all throughout the backdrop. If you're afraid of using real candles, you can use LED candles instead.

Geometric Shapes

It is quite a unique design that integrates varying sizes of a geometric shape with some floral touch.

Boho Style

This boho themed backdrop used a combination of hanging beads, traditional carpets and pillows.

Lights

Adding some lights to the backdrop or covering most of it gives a romantic look.

Full Greenery

You can never go wrong with using nature for your backdrop. A hint of golden letters added a sense of elegance in the design.

Candles and copper

Anything metallic gives an elegant look to the backdrop. You can either use copper or rose gold color which was quite popular recently.

Floating Letters

Its quite nice to see some floating letters rather than sticking it to a wall. Your guests will thank you for that.

Netted Tent

Its quite a shame if you will fully cover the awesome view at the back so a netted tent will be a great option for this outdoor wedding backdrop.

Rustic Wedding Arch

A wooden arch covered in floral and greenery is a perfect option for a rustic wedding backdrop.

Mesh Wire Backdrop

In the hands of a great florist, a simple mesh wire can be decorated by some great combination of flowers for a festive look.

I hope you were all inspired by the different ideas. 😊

God bless to everyone
