My Desertcart.ae experience


Shopping online is honestly not my thing. It is either you will have disappointments from expecting a great product based on the picture or you won't receive any product at all. But one day, I encountered a product in Amazon.com which got my interest. So I kept on researching about it until I saw Desertcart.ae. The only problem is it's my first time shopping online and I don't even know if this site is eligible. Through vigorous research, I saw lots of complaints from people but less amount of good blogs regarding their experience. So here I am, sharing with you my experience in ordering a product in Desertcart.ae.

November 29,2017

I went to the site and signed up first. Then I immediately searched the product that I want and purchased it. They asked for my card account details for payment, my address and mobile number. Delivery charge costs 25AED but it's free if you order more than 250AED. Most or maybe all of the products are ordered from Amazon.com only. According to them, estimated delivery date is between December 9-11, 2017 but you must give an allowance of 2 days before you should contact them.

You can check the status of your orders in the "Track Order" button. I try to check the status everyday and they keep on updating me until the package left the consolidation warehouse in the US around December 9.

December 10, 2017

1301H: I was surprised when I received a message from Fetchr (a courier service which picks up and delivers the product).

1312H: Desertcart.ae sent a message that the package is on the way (included is the name of the courier, courier phone, tracking number and website).

1507H: Another message from Fetchr which says that the delivery from Desertcart.ae has been dispatched from the warehouse

Few minutes after, I got a call from Fetchr that my package will arrive within 30minutes. Wow!

I was truly amazed with my Desertcart.ae experience. My product was in good shape and they delivered the package on time. I strong recommend trying their service. The only downside is the support service which other blog says that they do not respond on time with the complaints if the package get delayed.
